1:1 Health Consultations
These are private, personalised sessions where we dive into your overall health, lifestyle and goals. We assess where you’re at, answer your questions, and create a practical plan that fits you — whether that’s nutrition tweaks, exercise guidance or simple strategies to feel better day to day.
Specialised Women's Health Coaching
This is an ongoing coaching service designed specifically for women. We cover everything from hormones and cycle tracking to energy management, stress, and healthy habits. You’ll get regular check-ins, tailored advice and resources to help you feel your best all month long.
Personal Training
Our personal training sessions are 1:1 workouts completely customised to you. Whether you want to build strength, tone up, increase fitness or work on technique, you’ll get a safe, effective workout plan and real-time coaching to reach your goals.
Nutrition Guidance and Support
We offer practical nutrition coaching and support to help you fuel your body well. This might include meal ideas, portion guidance, shopping tips or adjusting your current diet to suit your goals and daily life.
Exclusive Group Fitness Classes
Luxury, small group classes for women of all ages and fitness levels. Each class is designed to improve specifical areas such as strength, cardio fitness, balance and mobility. It’s a supportive space to move your body, stay consistent and enjoy working out with others.
Yoga classes and Breathwork
These gentle classes combine mindful movement, stretching, breathwork and relaxation techniques. They help you release tension, build flexibility and calm your mind, perfect if you want to balance out busy training or just unwind and reset.
Signature Small Group Programs
These are structured, themed programs run in small groups, so you get personal attention plus the motivation of doing it together. Programs might focus on holistic health, nutrition, fitness foundations, mindset shifts or specific goals like core strength or energy.
Strength Training
Strength training sessions focus on resistance exercises using weights, bands and bodyweight. You’ll learn proper technique, build muscle safely and progressively, and gain strength that supports everyday life, from lifting kids to carrying shopping.
Fitness Testing
Structured fitness testing to help you measure where you’re at and see your progress over time. This might include strength tests, flexibility checks or cardio benchmarks, so you know exactly what’s working and where to focus next.
Pre and Postnatal Exercise Guidance
Specialised training for women who are pregnant or have recently had a baby. Sessions are designed to help you exercise safely, nourish yourself and bubs, manage changes in your body, build core and pelvic floor strength, and recover well after birth.
Corporate Toolboxes and Workshops
We design and deliver practical health and wellness sessions for local businesses. These workshops can include stress management, movement and posture, nutrition basics, or mindset tools; giving your team real-life strategies to stay healthy and thrive at work and at home.
Mindset Work
Sessions that focus on the mental side of health and fitness; from goal setting and habit building to overcoming self-sabotage. This can be part of your coaching or done as a dedicated session to help you get clear and stay motivated.

Through breathwork, core activation, and functional strength, we’ll help you move safely and rebuild inner strength — physically and mentally. This low-to-mid intensity class is ideal for grounding yourself and reconnecting with your body in a way that feels good, right now. |
G'n'CGlute and Core Burner.
Laugh, sweat, and feel unstoppable. For those ready to turn things up a notch, this one’s for you! G’n’C is a 45-minute, mid-to-high intensity session focused on firing up your glutes and core in a fun, energising way. You'll leave feeling stronger, more defined, and empowered to take on anything. |
